蒜蓉粉丝蒸虾是一道很受欢迎的家常菜,粉丝吸收了老虎虾的鲜甜,无论虎虾或粉丝,都是满满的鲜甜与弹牙。

    Step 1

    蒜末炸至金黄, 加入调味料中搅拌均匀。Fry minced garlic until golden, add into seasoning and stir well.

    Step 2

    把虾去头,去壳,留尾,挑掉虾线,在虾背的中间,划一个小孔,把虾尾巴穿进去,做成凤尾虾。Remove the head and peel off the shell and keep the prawn tail, take off the intestines, cut the middle of the prawn to make a small hole, roll up the tail into the hole.

    粉丝浸泡软了,绕圈摆放在碗里,把整型好的虾放在粉丝上面。Soak the vermicelli until soft, place in a bowl with circle shape, then transfer the shaped shrimp on top of the vermicelli.

    Step 4

    把蒜蓉酱淋在粉丝和虾上面, 大火蒸五分钟即可。Pour the garlic sauce over the vermicelli and prawns, steam for 5 minutes on high heat, done.
